1. How do we pack and ship plants?

(1) Tissue Culture Seedlings
Tissue culture plants are grown in sterile laboratory conditions and are generally very delicate. To ensure they arrive in excellent condition, we use professional packaging methods specifically designed to protect them during transit.

(2) Young Plants and Mature Plants
For young plants, we use appropriately sized packaging materials that provide sufficient protection and support. For mature plants, we use larger and more durable packaging solutions to ensure safety during transportation.


2. How long does it take to ship the plants?

Shipping time depends on your location. Most orders require at least 1 business week to process the necessary documentation.
The actual transit time is typically 3 to 7 days.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections may cause delays.


3. What is a Phytosanitary Certificate?

A phytosanitary certificate is a crucial document required for plant import and export. It certifies that the plants meet the importing country's phytosanitary regulations and are free from pests and diseases that may pose a threat to agriculture or the environment.
The certificate is issued by the National Plant Protection Organization (NPPO) of the exporting country.
Without this certification, your shipment may be rejected or destroyed by customs, resulting in significant losses for both buyer and seller.


4. Do I need a plant import permit?

In most countries or regions, a plant import permit is required, regardless of the quantity of plants purchased.
Failure to obtain the necessary permits may result in delays, fines, returns, or even destruction of the shipment.


5. Is there a more economical shipping method for small orders?

Yes. For small orders, we recommend using international express shipping (such as DHL).
Order processing takes approximately 2 days, and delivery usually takes around 5 days.
This method does not require a phytosanitary certificate or import permit, which helps reduce costs.
However, please note that this option carries a higher risk of the plants being seized or destroyed by customs in the importing country.
We encourage buyers to carefully evaluate the cost vs. risk and choose the most suitable option for their situation.


6.What is your after-sales policy?

If there is an issue caused by incorrect plant varieties, we will take full responsibility and provide a product claim or compensation.


7.How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via Wise, AliPay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer (bank transfer is available for business-to-business transactions only).


8.How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size of the package and the destination country. Please contact us for a shipping quote based on your order details.


9.What is the minimum order amount for wholesale?

 Wholesale order minimum $1,500.
